The hydro-junction circulating back-silting filling device comprises a culvert gate baffle and a water diversion plate which is arranged at the bottom of a water diversion channel and matched with the culvert gate baffle; a circulating back-silting device and an impurity collector are arranged between the sluice gate baffle and the water diversion plate, the circulating back-silting device comprises a telescopic baffle, a soft back-silting sleeve, an elastic supporting rod, a locking device, an inflation part, a mud extrusion roller and a mud outlet pipe, and the elastic supporting rod is arranged in the soft back-silting sleeve to drive the soft back-silting sleeve to be opened; the locking device is arranged between the soft back-silting sleeve and the side wall of the mounting groove, the inflation part is arranged between the culvert gate baffle and the water conservancy culvert gate, and the inflation part, the locking device and the soft back-silting sleeve are connected through air pipes.
