The invention discloses a collapsed hydraulic retaining wall repairing and reinforcing structure and method, and belongs to the technical field of hydraulic engineering. The repairing and reinforcing structure comprises an original retaining wall collapse section repairing structure. The original retaining wall collapse section repairing structure comprises timber piles arranged on the side, close to a river channel, of an original retaining wall block stone foundation. The top of the timber pile is filled with the riprap concrete layer; the reinforced concrete bottom plate is positioned above the first riprap concrete layer; the first stone retaining wall is positioned above the reinforced concrete bottom plate; and the drainage mechanism is positioned on the backwater side of the first stone retaining wall. The invention further provides a reinforcing method of the repairing and reinforcing structure, the collapsed hydraulic retaining wall is reinforced through the method, the drainage and inverted filtration functions of the wall are recovered, and the requirement for safe operation of the embankment revetment is met.
