The invention relates to the field of building rainwater drainage, and discloses a roof drain and roof drainage system which comprises a shell and a fan wheel, a water guide channel and a drainage channel are arranged in the shell, the fan wheel is rotationally arranged on the shell and arranged in the water guide channel, and the drainage channel penetrates through the lower portion of the shell and communicates with the water guide channel. A water inlet communicated with the water guide channel is formed in the shell, and a first water guide rib is arranged on the inner wall of the drainage channel. The device has the beneficial effects that water flow drives the fan wheel to rotate to form rotational flow, the rotational flow is matched with the first water guide ribs to enable the water flow to fall down along the pipe wall, the water-gas mixed flow phenomenon caused by direct falling of the water flow is avoided, collision between the water flow and the pipe wall is reduced, the water flow speed is increased, and meanwhile noise caused by collision between the water flow and the pipe wall is reduced; and meanwhile, a certain strength increasing effect can be achieved.
