The invention relates to the field of corrosion prevention, in particular to a manufacturing method of a plate with an anti-corrosion and anti-skid additional layer, which is suitable for covering the surfaces of a steel plate, an aluminum plate, a cement foundation surface and a glass fiber reinforced plastic panel, and carrying out oxidation layer treatment on a foundation lining plate. Removing oil stains and dust on the surface of a construction surface by using a special degreasing agent, drying, and brushing a special elastic primer for a base material once; a first layer of polyurea is constructed on the outer side faces of the step face steel plate and the front edge folding steel plate, special color sand or rock slices of the polyurea are flatly laid after the first layer of polyurea is coated, and after redundant color sand or rock slices on the surface are removed, scraping is conducted to be flat, and surface aerosol is removed; a second layer of polyurea is constructed on the first covering layer, redundant colored sand or rock slices on the surface are removed, then scraping is conducted, and surface aerosol is removed; the outer side face of the second covering layer is coated with polyurea floating coat once to be saturated; and the surface layer of the covering layer is covered with a layer of polyurea super-wear-resistant varnish. According to the method, the non-slip mat layer can be formed on the basis of the original step ladder, and meanwhile, the overall effect of integration of the laying layer and the original step ladder is considered.
本发明涉及防腐领域,一种具有具有防腐防滑附加层板材的制作方法,适用于覆该在钢铁板、铝板、水泥基础面和玻璃钢面板表面,对基础衬板进行氧化层处理;使用专用除油剂除去施工面表面油污及灰尘,干燥后涂刷基材专用弹性底漆一遍;在台阶面钢板和前折边钢板的外侧面施工第一层聚脲,第一层聚脲涂完后进行聚脲专用彩砂或岩片平铺,清除表面多余彩砂或岩片后刮平并清除表面浮质;在第一层覆盖层施工施工第二层聚脲,清除表面多余彩砂或岩片后刮平并清除表面浮质;在第二层覆盖层外侧面涂刷聚脲中涂一遍做到饱和;覆盖层表层覆盖一层聚脲超耐磨清漆。该方法可在原步梯的基础上形成防滑垫层,同时兼顾铺设层与原步梯的一体化的整体效果。
