The invention relates to the technical field of locks, and discloses an intelligent lock and an unlocking/locking method.The intelligent lock comprises a first sensor used for monitoring the motion state of the lock; the second sensor is used for receiving the instruction of the control module to start and detect the position of the lock; the driving module is used for receiving an instruction of the control module to drive a spring bolt of the lock to extend or retract; the control module is used for receiving the motion state of the lock and sending a starting instruction to the second sensor when the motion amplitude of the lock exceeds a preset first threshold value; when the position of the lock is within the calibration position range and the movement amplitude of the lock is lower than a first threshold value, an unlocking or locking instruction is sent to the driving module; the power supply is used for supplying power to the lockset. In the unlocking/locking process, the movement state of the lock is detected at first, then the second sensor is started to detect the position of the lock, unlocking/locking is conducted after the condition is met, energy consumption is reduced, and meanwhile accurate unlocking/locking can be achieved.
