The invention relates to the technical field of rock stratum drilling, in particular to a water circulation type rock stratum drilling device which comprises an equipment rack, a supporting frame erected on the equipment rack and a supporting seat installed on the supporting frame, and a drilling machine part is arranged on the supporting seat; the drilling machine part comprises an adjusting assembly installed on the supporting base, an extending assembly arranged on the adjusting assembly and a drilling assembly installed on the extending assembly. The drilling machine part is further externally connected with a pouring assembly, a circulating pipeline is arranged at the liquid circulating end of the pouring assembly, the extending assembly is of an inner hollow structure, and the circulating pipeline extends into the drilling assembly along the inner hollow area of the extending assembly and is provided with a slurry conveying end. Under the condition that operation interference with a drilling assembly is not generated, slurry circulation treatment of slurry pumping and grouting is conducted on a space soil layer in a rock stratum.
