The synchronous type rectangular shallow hole drilling machine comprises a drill carriage with a vertical drill rod, and a rock slag treatment mechanism, a sliding horizontal drilling assembly and a vertical drilling device are sequentially arranged at the lower end of the vertical drill rod from top to bottom; the rock slag treatment mechanism comprises a stirring device, a crushing device, a slag suction system, a slag discharge system and a grouting system; the slag suction system is communicated with the interior of the sliding horizontal drilling assembly and the interior of the vertical drilling device; the sliding horizontal drilling assembly comprises a horizontal drilling device, a horizontal hydraulic cylinder and a horizontal drilling counter-force frame. The horizontal hydraulic cylinder is fixed to the horizontal drilling counter-force frame and drives the horizontal drilling device to move laterally. The vertical drilling device comprises a U-shaped fork plate and a plurality of cylindrical drilling assemblies which are installed on the U-shaped fork plate and form a rectangular excavation face in the horizontal direction. The method has the advantages that the horizontal cantilever structure and the vertical pile body can be subjected to one-time hole forming, other mechanical assistance is not needed, and the purposes of improving the construction efficiency and saving the construction and equipment cost are achieved.
本发明公开了一种适应岩质地层的同步式带水平悬臂的矩形浅孔钻机,包括一具有竖向钻杆的钻车,竖向钻杆的下端自上而下依次设置有岩渣处理机构、滑动水平钻组件以及竖向钻装置;岩渣处理机构包括搅拌装置、破碎装置、吸渣系统、排渣系统以及注浆系统;吸渣系统接通至滑动水平钻组件内以及竖向钻装置内;滑动水平钻组件包括水平钻装置、水平液压缸以及水平钻反力架,水平液压缸固定在水平钻反力架上并驱动水平钻装置进行侧向移动;竖向钻装置包括U形叉板以及若干安装在U形叉板上且在水平向组成矩形开挖面的圆柱钻组件。本发明的优点是:水平悬臂结构和竖向桩身均可一次成孔,无需其他机械辅助,达到提高施工效率、节省施工和设备成本目的。
