The invention discloses a manufacturing method of a clamp for testing the high-temperature mechanical property of a material, and belongs to the technical field of design and manufacturing of clamps for performance testing. The high-temperature mechanical property test fixture for the C/C composite material containing the deep SiC coating is prepared by adopting a mixed process of an electric coupling chemical vapor infiltration process (E-CVI), a resin impregnation and cracking process (PIC) and a chemical vapor deposition process (CVD) through structural design. The prepared test fixture can be used in air, inert atmosphere, vacuum and other environments at the temperature of 1000-1700 DEG C, and can be used in inert atmosphere or vacuum at the temperature of 1800 DEG C or above. And meanwhile, the clamp has relatively long service life and relatively low test cost.
