MANUFACTURING METHOD OF CLAMP FITTING DEVICE, AND CLAMP FITTING DEVICE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a clamp fitting device and the clamp fitting device that reduce manufacturing costs and facilitate assembly of the clamp fitting device to have sufficient strength.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method is for a clamp fitting device 10 having first and second clamp mechanisms 13, 14 that hold support pipes 15, 23 connected back-to-back with first and second flat seats 11, 12 in between, the flat seats having been formed respectively on fixed receiving members 17, 24. The manufacturing method includes the following steps for: inserting a tubular male protrusion 29 formed at a center of the second flat seat 12 into a circular female hole 28 formed at a center of the first flat seat 11; opening a tip of the male protrusion 29 outward, and connecting the first and the second clamp mechanisms 13, 14; and forming a plurality of caulking recesses 30 on a base edge side of the male protrusion 29 that simultaneously deforms the base edge side of the male protrusion 29 and an inner peripheral part 31 of the female hole 28, for preventing rotation of the second clamp mechanism 14 relative to the first clamp mechanism 13.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】従来よりも製造コストを削減でき、しかも、十分な強度を有し、かつ、組み立て易いクランプ金具装置の製造方法及びクランプ金具装置を提供する。【解決手段】支持パイプ15、23を挟持する第1、第2のクランプ機構13、14を、それぞれの固定受け部材17、24に形成された第1、第2の平面座11、12を介して背中合わせに連結されたクランプ金具装置10の製造方法であり、第1の平面座11の中央に形成された円形の雌孔28に、第2の平面座12の中央に形成された管状の雄形突起29を嵌入させ、雄形突起29の先部を外側に開いて、第1、第2のクランプ機構13、14を連結した後、雄形突起29の基端側に、雄形突起29の基端側と雌孔28の内周部31を同時に変形させるかしめ凹部30を複数形成して、第1のクランプ機構13に対する第2のクランプ機構14の回転を防止させる。【選択図】図1
