Mounting a flushing water pipe main pipe and a plurality of flushing water pipe branch pipes; the installation of the whole composite geomembrane ensures the permeation of underground water and the outflow of water in the reservoir, and the installation of the flushing water pipe main pipe and the flushing water pipe branch pipes ensures the smoothness of water flow from the bottom, thereby avoiding the occurrence of pipe blocking accidents.
