The invention discloses a hole forming method for a later door and window opening of a brick-concrete structure wall. The construction sequence that the wall is reinforced firstly and then the door or window opening is formed is adopted, and the method comprises the steps that firstly, after wall skin is removed, cement mortar is used for screeding the wall skin; secondly, a first through-wall hole is formed, and a first connecting piece is inserted and anchored; thirdly, a through-wall hole is punched in the wall, and a connecting bolt is inserted and anchored; fourthly, a reinforcing plate is installed on the wall body, and the reinforcing plate is welded to the first connecting piece; fifthly, a second through-wall hole is formed in the wall, and a second connecting piece is inserted into the second through-wall hole and welded to the bottom of the reinforcing plate; and sixthly, a door opening line is drawn out, and punching is conducted. Before holing, the reinforcing plates are installed on the wall body, the two reinforcing plates are fixedly connected with the first connecting piece and the connecting bolt in the wall body, the structural strength and stability of the wall body are improved, cracks of the wall body in the holing operation are effectively avoided, and the safety in the holing process is improved; and the reinforcing connecting plate is welded to the bottom of the reinforcing plate, so that the reinforcing effect of the wall can be improved, and holing operation is facilitated.
本发明公开了一种砖混结构墙体后开门窗洞口的开洞方法,采用先加固墙体后开门洞或窗洞的施工顺序:第一步,去墙皮后用水泥砂浆抹平;第二步,打第一穿墙洞,插装第一连接件并锚固;第三步,在墙体上打穿墙孔,插装连接螺栓并锚固;第四步,在墙体上安装加固板,加固板与第一连接件焊接;第五步,在墙体上开设第二穿墙洞,插装第二连接件并焊接在加固板的底部;第六步,划出门洞线打洞。在打洞前,在墙体上安装加固板,两加固板和墙体内的第一连接件和连接螺栓固连在一起,提高了墙体的结构强度和稳定性,有效避免在开洞作业中墙体出现裂缝,提高了开洞过程中安全性;在加固板底部焊接加强连接板,不仅能够提高墙体的加固效果,还便于开洞作业。
