The invention discloses a concrete spraying method and wet spraying equipment. The method comprises the steps that a three-dimensional model corresponding to a to-be-operated object is obtained; based on the model parameters of the three-dimensional model, determining an operation reference of the to-be-operated object; based on the operation reference, the injection speed and injection time of the injection equipment are calculated; and the spraying equipment is controlled to spray concrete to the to-be-operated object at the spraying speed and the spraying time. The method is used for overcoming the defects of poor quality, long consumed time and low efficiency caused by the fact that the wet spraying machine is controlled to perform spraying operation depending on experience of operators in the prior art.
