CONCRETE SPRAYING SYSTEM AND CONCRETE SPRAYING METHOD
To provide a concrete spraying system and a concrete spraying method capable of preventing the solidification of a material in a piping.SOLUTION: A concrete spraying system comprises: a liquid accelerator conveyance flow passage 1 conveying a liquid accelerator essentially comprising aluminum sulfate and showing specified pH; a powder accelerator conveyance flow passage 2 conveying a powder accelerator blended with CaO/Al2O3 having a specified molar ratio and aluminate calcium having a Blaine value in a specified value by specified qualities or more; a concrete conveyance flow passage 3 conveying concrete; a mixing part 4 provided at a part of the concrete conveyance flow passage 3 having an accelerator joint part 43 joining the liquid accelerator and the powder accelerator and mixing the joined liquid accelerator and powder accelerator into the concrete; a spraying part 5 provided at the downstream side thereof and spraying the concrete mixed with the liquid and powder accelerators on an object; and a control part 6 controlling an arrival conveyance order to the accelerator joint part so that the liquid accelerator is made earlier and the powder accelerator is made latter.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】配管内での材料の固結を防ぐことが可能なコンクリート吹付けシステム及びコンクリート吹付け方法を提供する。【解決手段】コンクリート吹付けシステムは、硫酸アルミニウムを主成分として含む特定のｐＨを呈する液体急結剤を搬送する液体急結剤搬送流路１と、特定のモル比のＣａＯ／Ａｌ２Ｏ３と、特定の範囲のブレーン値であるカルシウムアルミネートを特定量以上配合した粉体急結剤を搬送する粉体急結剤搬送流路２と、コンクリートを搬送するコンクリート搬送流路３と、その一部に設けられ、液体急結剤及び粉体急結剤を合流させる急結材合流部４３を有し、合流させた液体急結剤及び粉体急結剤をコンクリートに混合させる混合部４と、その下流側に設けられ、液体及び粉体急結剤が混合されたコンクリートを対象物に吹付ける吹付部５と、急結材合流部への到達搬送順を、液体急結剤を先とし、粉体急結剤を後になるように制御する制御部６と、を備える。【選択図】図１
