The protective agent is prepared from the following ingredients in percentage by mass: 15 to 25 percent of acrylic resin, 4 to 10 percent of toner, 20 to 30 percent of solvent, 0.5 to 1 percent of organic bentonite, 0.1 to 0.3 percent of dispersing agent, 0.1 to 0.2 percent of coupling agent, 40 to 50 percent of quartz sand, 0.5 percent of curing agent and 10 to 20 percent of composite inorganic filler. The embodiment of the invention has an excellent anti-skid effect, is particularly suitable for color change of pervious concrete and asphalt roads, does not change the appearance of the original roads, is convenient to construct, good in durability and extremely high in cost performance, can enable quartz sand to suspend in a paint system for a long time, ensures the construction requirements, enables the sprayed pavement to be uniform in sand quality, and has a good anti-skid effect.
