The invention discloses an antiskid ceramic tile and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the technical field of ceramic tiles. Comprising a tile body and an anti-skid layer formed on the surface of the tile body. Micron-sized pits are formed in the anti-skid layer, a non-organic silicon defoaming agent and inorganic salt are added, stirred, dissolved and packaged for standby application, and the pits are marked as a group a; adding 99% ethanol, silicon dioxide with the particle size of 10 nanometers and tetrapod-like zinc oxide whiskers with the particle size of 5-10 nanometers into deionized water, uniformly stirring, packaging for later use, and marking as a group b; spraying the group b of raw materials on the surface of the tile body, and performing primary polishing after complete drying and sintering to form a structural layer; and spraying the group a on the surface of the structural layer. According to the invention, the anti-skid structure layer is prepared on the ceramic tile body, and then the micron-sized pits are formed in the anti-skid structure layer in a corrosion manner to obtain the anti-skid layer, so that the anti-skid performance of the ceramic tile in contact with water is improved on the premise that the friction coefficient of the surface of the ceramic tile and the surface roughness of the ceramic tile are not influenced.
本发明公开了一种防滑瓷砖及其制备方法,涉及瓷砖技术领域。包括瓷砖本体以及形成在瓷砖本体表面的防滑层;所述防滑层上形成有微米级凹坑,加入非有机硅消泡剂和无机盐搅拌溶解包装待用,标记为a组;在去离子水找那个加入99%乙醇,粒径为10纳米的二氧化硅,粒径为5‑10纳米的四针状氧化锌晶须,搅拌均匀包装待用,标记为b组;先将b组原料喷施在瓷砖本体表面,待完全干燥烧结后进行一次打磨形成结构层;然后再将a组喷施在结构层表面。本发明通过先在瓷砖本体制得防滑结构层,然后再在防滑结构层通过腐蚀方式形成有微米级凹坑获得防滑层,实现在不影响瓷砖表面的摩擦系数,也砖表面粗糙度的前提下,提高了瓷砖在遇水止滑性能。
