Inorganic aerogel composite material and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a preparation method of an inorganic aerogel composite material, which comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing 80-95 parts by weight of aerogel, 0.1-20 parts by weight of skeleton fiber, 1-20 parts by weight of diatomite and 1-10 parts by weight of vermiculite, gelatinizing and aging, adding ethanol as a medium, and carrying out supercritical drying to obtain the final aerogel composite material. In the invention, the aerogel is used for the filtering material of the gas mask for the first time. In order to fully utilize the characteristics of low density, high porosity and high specific surface area of the aerogel, in the manufacturing process of the aerogel, an inorganic fiber material is added, and the aerogel is reinforced by using the fiber material, so that the structural strength of the aerogel can be remarkably improved, and the requirements of practical application are met.
一种无机气凝胶复合材料制备方法,包括如下步骤:按照气凝胶80‑95份,骨架纤维0.1‑20份,硅藻土1‑20份,蛭石1‑10份混合均匀,经凝胶化和老化后,加入乙醇作为介质,用超临界干燥的方法,得到最终的气凝胶复合材料,上述份数均为重量比。在本发明中,首次将气凝胶用于防毒面具的过滤材料。本发明中,为了充分利用气凝胶低密度、高气孔率和高比表面积的特点,在气凝胶的制造过程中,通过添加无机纤维材料,用纤维材料对气凝胶进行补强,可显著提高气凝胶的结构强度,满足实用化应用的要求。
