The invention discloses a preparation method of a C/C crucible upper inlaid with a ceramic lining. The method comprises the following steps: preparing colloidal ceramic modification liquid of glass fiber cloth; impregnating glass fiber cloth in the colloidal ceramic modification liquid, taking out the glass fiber cloth, and drying to obtain modified prepreg cloth; winding the modified prepreg on a winding machine to obtain a cylindrical body with a multi-layer structure; the cylindrical body is placed in a curing oven to be heated, and a preliminarily cured cylindrical body is obtained; preparing a carbon fiber pre-soaking solution, soaking carbon fiber cloth in the pre-soaking solution, and then taking out the carbon fiber cloth to obtain carbon fiber pre-soaking cloth; coating an adhesive on the outer surface of the preliminarily cured cylindrical body, and then winding a plurality of layers of carbon fiber prepreg cloth through a winding machine to obtain a composite cylindrical body; the composite cylindrical body is placed in a curing oven to be heated, and a preliminarily cured composite cylindrical body is obtained; and putting the preliminarily cured composite cylindrical body into a high-temperature furnace, heating to 1500-1800 DEG C, preserving heat for 4 hours, cooling to 150-250 DEG C along with the furnace, and discharging to obtain the C/C crucible side embedded with the ceramic lining.
