The invention discloses a preparation method of a disposable lining crucible, which comprises the following steps: (1) batching and ball-milling: adding a fused quartz material, a corundum material, aluminum powder, kaolin, polyvinyl alcohol, a water reducing agent, methyl cellulose, a binding agent and water into a ball mill for ball-milling to obtain slurry; (2) high-pressure slip casting: injecting the slurry into a microporous resin mold at the pressure of 0.8-1.5 MPa, maintaining the pressure for 30-40 minutes, and demolding to obtain a blank body; (3) drying: drying the blank body at 50-60 DEG C for 6-10 hours, then heating to 80-120 DEG C, and drying for 6-10 hours; and (4) firing: calcining the blank body at 1100-1300 DEG C for 25-50 hours, thereby obtaining the product. The disposable crucible prepared by the preparation method has excellent high-temperature breaking strength, high-temperature compressive strength, high-temperature refractoriness under load and high-temperature thermal stability, and can meet the requirements of the precision casting industry.
本发明公开了一种一次性内衬坩埚的制备方法,包括以下步骤:(1)配料球磨:将熔融石英材料、刚玉材料、铝粉、高岭土、聚乙烯醇、减水剂、甲基纤维素、结合剂及水加入球磨机中进行球磨,得到浆料;(2)高压注浆成型:将所述浆料以0.8‑1.5MPa的压力注入微孔树脂模具中,并保压30‑40min后脱模,得到胚体;(3)干燥:将所述胚体在50‑60℃下干燥6‑10h,然后升温至80‑120℃干燥6‑10h;(4)烧成:将所述胚体在1100‑1300℃下煅烧25‑50h,即得。该制备方法制备得到的一次性坩埚具有优异的高温抗折强度、高温抗压强度、高温荷重软化温度及高温热稳定性,能满足精密铸造业的要求。
