The invention discloses a novel road intersection overpass structure which comprises a transverse road and a longitudinal road, the transverse road comprises a first transverse road unit and a second transverse road unit, and each of the first transverse road unit and the second transverse road unit comprises a transverse straight road and a transverse left turn road. The longitudinal road comprises a longitudinal straight road, and a first longitudinal left turn road and a second longitudinal left turn road which are respectively arranged on two sides of the longitudinal straight road. A first transition section on a first transverse road unit and a second transition section on a second transverse road unit are arranged in a crossed mode, a transverse left-turn road and a first longitudinal left-turn road form a left-turn passage from a transverse road to a longitudinal road, and a second longitudinal left-turn road and the transverse left-turn road form a left-turn passage from the longitudinal road to the transverse road. Interference between a steering vehicle and a straight vehicle is avoided, the structure is simpler and more compact, occupied space is saved, large-angle direction change does not exist in the driving process, and the phenomenon that a driver feels disordered in direction is avoided.
