Foundation pit support on overpass deeply-buried large pipeline in water-rich soft soil area and construction method
The invention discloses a foundation pit support and construction method on an over-span deep-buried large pipeline in a water-rich soft soil area. Double rows of normal section foundation pit fender posts are arranged at the positions, corresponding to the two sides of the pipeline, of a foundation pit, and a plurality of pipeline section foundation pit fender posts are arranged at the position over the corresponding pipeline; a large-diameter MJS pile is arranged on the outer side of the pipeline section foundation pit fender post, and the large-diameter MJS pile and the corresponding pipeline section foundation pit fender post form a gravity type retaining wall; and a row of MJS piles which are in effective lap joint with a gravity type retaining wall formed by the multiple large-diameter MJS piles to form a waterproof curtain are arranged in the range of each of the two sides of the pipeline. During construction, the normal section foundation pit fender posts and the pipeline section foundation pit fender posts are firstly constructed; after the MJS piles on the two sides of the pipeline are completed and reinforcing and waterproof curtain piles are formed, the large-diameter MJS piles are constructed, and a gravity type retaining wall is formed; and finally, a top beam and a first concrete support are constructed, and a foundation pit is excavated. According to the method, the deep-buried large pipeline crossing the foundation pit in the water-rich soft soil area is prevented from being moved and changed, and the influence of foundation pit excavation on the existing pipeline is reduced.
本发明公开了富水软土地区上跨深埋大管线上的基坑支护及施工方法，基坑对应管线两侧的位置设置双排正常段基坑围护桩，对应管线正上方位置设置多根管线段基坑围护桩；在管线段基坑围护桩外侧设置与相应的管线段基坑围护桩形成重力式挡墙的大直径的MJS桩；在管线两侧范围各打设一排与多根大直径的MJS桩形成的重力式挡墙有效搭接形成止水帷幕的MJS桩。施工时，先施工正常段基坑围护桩和管线段基坑围护桩；完成管线两侧的MJS桩，形成加固兼止水帷幕桩后，再施工大直径的MJS桩，并形成重力式挡墙；最后，施工冠梁和第一道混凝土支撑，并进行基坑开挖。本发明避免富水软土地区上跨基坑的深埋大管线迁改，减少基坑开挖对既有管线的影响。
