The method comprises the following steps that S1, steel pipes serve as pile foundations and are arranged in soil bodies on the two sides of a pipeline correspondingly, steel pipe piles are formed, and the lower ends of the steel pipe piles are pressed into a bearing stratum; s2, the upper portions of the steel pipe piles on the two sides of the pipeline are connected through steel cross beams to form a supporting foundation for the pipeline; and S3, the pipeline is erected on the steel cross beam and fixed to the steel cross beam. The method has the effects of stabilizing pipeline support, reducing the influence of uneven settlement of the soft soil foundation on pipeline connector connection, enhancing the bearing capacity of the pipeline and improving the construction efficiency of the pipeline.
