Lifting mechanism and bricklaying robot
The lifting mechanism comprises a lifting box, the lifting box is fixedly connected with a base, a first water storage cavity and a second water storage cavity are formed in the end, away from a clamping arm, of the interior of the base, the first water storage cavity communicates with an external water source through a pipeline, and a floating block is movably arranged in the first water storage cavity; and a water pressure plate is movably arranged in the second water storage cavity, a stabilizing groove is formed in one end of the base, and an air bag and a stabilizing block are arranged in the stabilizing groove. In the using process, when a clamping arm needs to clamp a heavy object, water is stored into a first water storage cavity through a water pump, by arranging a floating block and a supporting rod, after water storage of the first water storage cavity is completed, the water pump is powered off in time, and if the device inclines in the carrying process, the water pump is powered off in time; the driving assembly opens the water pump again to store water in the second water storage cavity, the stabilizing block is driven to stretch out in the water storage process, and the stability of the device is further guaranteed.
本发明提供一种升降机构及砌砖机器人,包括升降箱,所述升降箱固定连接有底座,所述底座内部远离夹臂的一端开设有第一储水腔和第二储水腔,所述第一储水腔通过管道和外置水源连通,所述第一储水腔内部活动设置有浮块,所述第二储水腔内部活动设置有水压板,所述底座一端开设有稳定槽,所述稳定槽内部设置有气囊和稳定块。本发明的在使用的过程中,当夹臂需要夹取较重的物体时,通过水泵向第一储水腔内部蓄水,通过浮块和撑杆的设置,使得第一储水腔蓄水完成后,及时的对水泵断电,当搬运的过程中如果装置发生倾斜,驱动组件再次打开水泵为第二储水腔蓄水,蓄水的过程中驱动稳定块伸出,进一步保证装置的稳定。
