Preparation method and application of nano composite material for multifunctional concrete
The invention discloses a preparation method and application of a multifunctional nanocomposite for concrete, and the preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, biomass waste is subjected to directional catalytic depolymerization-polymerization to prepare carbon quantum dots under hydrothermal conditions and under the action of a metal-solid acid bifunctional catalyst; modifying the surfaces of the carbon quantum dots in advance by using ligands; and finally, forming thin-layer silicon dioxide on the surfaces of the carbon quantum dots through directional hydrolysis of silane, and calcining to obtain the multifunctional concrete nano composite material with the carbon quantum dots wrapped by the porous thin-layer silicon dioxide. The retarding effect of the nano composite material for the concrete is superior to that of the traditional retarder sodium gluconate. Meanwhile, the nano composite material can enable the joint of aggregate and a cementing material to be attached more tightly, the 7-day strength and 28-day strength of concrete are improved by 17% compared with those of a reference sample, and the nano composite material further has fluorescence performance and can be used as an auxiliary material of a fluorescent pavement in ecological pervious concrete or other similar purposes.
本发明公开了一种多功能混凝土用纳米复合材料的制备方法及其应用,包括:首先利用生物质废弃物,通过在水热条件和金属‑固体酸双功能催化剂的作用下,将其定向催化解聚‑聚合制备碳量子点;利用配体预先修饰碳量子点表面;最后通过硅烷定向水解在碳量子点表面形成薄层二氧化硅,后经煅烧处理,得到多孔薄层二氧化硅包裹碳量子点的多功能混凝土用纳米复合材料。本发明的混凝土用纳米复合材料缓凝效果优于传统缓凝剂葡萄糖酸钠。同时,该纳米复合材料可使骨料和胶凝材料的连接处贴合更加紧密,混凝土7 d和28 d强度较基准样提高17%,还具备荧光性能,可用于生态透水混凝土中荧光路面的辅助材料或其它类似用途。
