Concrete based on polymer/montmorillonite nano composite material and preparation method thereof
The invention provides concrete based on a polymer/montmorillonite nano composite material and a preparation method of the concrete. The concrete comprises the following components in parts by mass: 260-350 parts of cement, 465-510 parts of quartz sand, 140-180 parts of fly ash, 90-130 parts of a phenolic resin/montmorillonite nano-composite, 13-17 parts of a tackifier, 3-6 parts of a water reducing agent and 170-230 parts of water. By introducing the phenolic resin/montmorillonite nano-composite into a concrete system, the prepared concrete has very good high temperature resistance, compressive strength and impact and wear resistance.
本发明提供一种基于聚合物/蒙脱石纳米复合材料的混凝土及其制备方法,按照质量份数计,包括水泥260~350份、石英砂465~510份、粉煤灰140~180份、酚醛树脂/蒙脱石纳米复合物90~130份、增粘剂13~17份、减水剂3~6份、水170~230份。通过在混凝土体系中引入酚醛树脂/蒙脱石纳米复合物,制得的混凝土具有很好的耐高温、抗压强度以及抗冲磨性能。
