The invention provides premixed mortar and a preparation process thereof. The premixed mortar is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 35-45 parts of quartz sand, 20-30 parts of cement, 10-20 parts of river sand, 0.05-0.15 part of an anti-cracking agent, 0.1-0.5 part of a water-retaining agent, 0.2-0.8 part of a water reducing agent, 1-3 parts of latex powder and 20-30 parts of a sound-absorbing material. Wherein the total weight part of the quartz sand, the cement, the river sand, the anti-cracking agent, the water-retaining agent, the water reducing agent, the latex powder and the sound-absorbing material is 100; the sound-absorbing material is specifically prepared by extruding and granulating a microporous material, a foaming agent, a dispersing agent and polyethylene through extrusion equipment, and the microporous material, the foaming agent, the dispersing agent and the polyethylene are added into raw materials according to the weight ratio of (25-30): (1-2): (0.5-1): (20-30); the microporous material is prepared by mixing glass beads, floating beads and fly ash according to the mass ratio of (4-6): (5-8): (1-2). The ready-mixed mortar is light mortar with good sound insulation performance, high strength, low cost and good fireproof performance, the application scene is wide, and the additional weight during decoration can be effectively reduced when the ready-mixed mortar is used.
