本发明涉及建筑砂浆的技术领域,提出了一种轻质预拌机喷砂浆、制备工艺及其应用,包括重量百分比的原料如下:胶凝材料30‑50%、工业固废微粉10‑25%,轻质再生骨料15‑35%,增重粘合剂3‑10%,复合外加剂:1‑5%,制备方法包括S1、原料准备;S2、利用增重粘合剂对轻质再生骨料进行改性;S3、砂浆制备:向搅拌设备中按照如下顺序加入步骤S1中的原料以及经过步骤S2中经过改性的轻质再生骨料,经过搅拌制成轻质预拌机喷砂浆;本发明采用工业固废微粉以及轻质再生骨料,可以变废为宝,降低资源能耗等,通过配比增重粘合剂能够对轻质再生骨料进行改性增重的同时能够增强砂浆的粘性,从一定程度上解决了砂浆的离析问题,便于进行机喷。
