Construction method for prefabricating and assembling anchor rod support of suspension bridge anchoring system
The invention discloses a construction method for prefabricating and assembling an anchor rod bracket of an anchoring system of a suspension bridge, which comprises the following steps of: 1) drawing a positioning bracket drawing of the anchoring system in combination with an anchoring system design drawing, and completing modeling according to the anchoring system and the positioning bracket drawing; (2) the positioning support is segmented, a machining drawing is issued, and the positioning support is modularly prefabricated; (3) hoisting and welding construction of a first section of anchor rod support steel sheet frame is completed, and hoisting construction of a cross beam and an anchor rod is conducted; (4) retesting the first section of anchor rod bracket; and (5) hoisting and welding construction of a second section of anchor rod support steel sheet frame is completed, hoisting construction of a corresponding cross beam and an anchor rod is completed, and finally anchoring system installation is completed. The construction efficiency is high and the cost is low.
本发明公开了一种悬索桥锚固系统锚杆支架预制拼装的施工方法,包括以下步骤:1)结合锚固系统设计图纸完成锚固系统定位支架图纸绘制,根据锚固系统及定位支架图纸完成建模;2)完成定位支架分段并下发加工图纸,定位支架模块化预制;3)完成首节锚杆支架钢片架吊装焊接施工,进行横梁和锚杆吊装施工;4)对首节锚杆支架进行复测;5)完成第二节锚杆支架钢片架吊装焊接施工,完成对应横梁及锚杆吊装施工,最后完成锚固系统安装。施工效率高以及成本低。
