According to the pipe gallery prefabricating and assembling construction technology, by arranging a positioning and clamping mechanism, a transported prefabricated pipe gallery section is conveniently clamped, the position of the prefabricated pipe gallery section is determined through a laser sensor, and a multi-stage hydraulic telescopic rod stretches out and draws back to drive a connecting block, a clamping plate and an L-shaped clamping block to penetrate through a clamping frame; and L-shaped clamping blocks are driven to clamp the prefabricated pipe gallery section under the relative movement action of sliding blocks on the first self-driven sliding rail and the second self-driven sliding rail, then the prefabricated pipe gallery section is placed on a supporting steel plate in a foundation pit under the action of a multi-stage hydraulic telescopic rod, and therefore the positioning effect is achieved.
