The underwater micro-plastic collecting device comprises a solar power generation panel, a power source, a fixing base, a filtering basket, a water pipe, a collecting mechanism, a controller, an anchor chain, an anchor, a water pump, a cable, a buoyancy mechanism and a driver. The upper side and the lower side of the fixing base are connected with the solar power generation panel and the buoyancy mechanism respectively, the solar power generation panel is connected with the two sides of the power source, the power source is connected with the controller, the controller is connected with the driver, the driver is connected with the water pump through a cable, the driver is further connected with the power source, and the filtering basket is arranged on the buoyancy mechanism. The upper end face of the water pipe faces the filtering basket, the lower end of the water pipe penetrates through the buoyancy mechanism and extends to be connected with a water pump, the lower side of the water pipe is sleeved with a collecting mechanism, and a mounting base at the bottom of the collecting mechanism is connected with an anchor through an anchor chain. The device is convenient to use, simple in structure, energy-saving, environment-friendly, capable of achieving long-time continuous collection and regular cleaning, high in efficiency and capable of meeting collection of micro-plastics in water areas of various depths.
