The invention discloses a coastal beach micro-plastic separation and collection device which comprises a shell and is characterized in that a sand stirrer and a high-pressure spray head are arranged at the top in the shell, a sand container is arranged below the sand stirrer and the high-pressure spray head, a filter is connected below the sand container, a water outlet in the left side of the filter is connected with the high-pressure spray head, and a water outlet in the right side of the filter is connected with a water outlet in the left side of the filter. A collector is connected to a left inlet of the filter and arranged at an opening of the sand container, and a water outlet and a water inlet are formed in the right side of the filter; the device is reasonable in structure and has innovativeness, a density separation method is adopted, filtered seawater with high density is used for spraying and soaking, sand naturally settles to the bottom, micro-plastic with low density floats on the surface of a solution, then the micro-plastic passes through a surface layer water collector, and the micro-plastic is recycled. The seawater with the surface layer containing the high-concentration micro-plastics is collected and filtered in a filter to fix the micro-plastics.
