The invention discloses a construction method of a platy building. The construction method comprises the following steps: prefabricating reusable building plates; a plurality of prefabricated building plates are seamlessly installed on a wall frame or a floor row strip, and a wall or a floor is formed; each building plate comprises a plurality of building plates, a hollow thin-walled steel frame; the concave-convex galvanized plate is mounted on the hollow thin-walled steel frame; the light thermal insulation material is filled in the concave space of the concave-convex galvanized plate, so that a thermal insulation plane is formed on at least one surface of the concave-convex galvanized plate; and the waterproof protection layer is sprayed on the heat preservation plane of the concave-convex galvanized plate.
