The invention relates to a vegetation concrete spray-seeding green recovery process for a high and steep slope of a mine, which is characterized in that organic fertilizer soil and cement are used for spray-seeding base materials, so that the fertility and cohesiveness of the spray-seeding base materials are increased, and the nutrients of nursery stocks in the growth process and the adhesive force of the spray-seeding base materials to rock walls are ensured; meanwhile, various nursery stock seeds of arbors, shrubs and herbaceous plants are matched and combined, so that rapid growth of the herbaceous plants in the early stage is achieved, the slope regreening effect is remarkable, the effect of preventing rainwater from washing the slope surface is achieved, after the shrubs grow, root systems are tightly attached to rock walls, the very good slope regreening effect and the very good slope stabilizing effect are achieved, and the slope regreening effect is good. The biological diversity and alternate evolution of the side slope are reflected; the method is convenient and economical to implement, serves as an important mode for regreening of the slope of the high and steep rock wall mine with the gradient being 55 degrees or above, is extremely high in generalizability and is particularly suitable for mine restoration projects with much rainwater in the south.
