The adjusting column penetrates through the top surface of the supporting pipe, a mounting hole is formed in the surface of the side, located in the supporting pipe, of the adjusting column, a clamping block is connected into the mounting hole through a spring, and adjusting clamping grooves matched with the clamping block are formed in the surface of the supporting pipe at equal intervals; and through the arrangement of the annular powder spraying cover, the guardrail main body can be conveniently sprayed, the curing process is reduced, the cost is saved, the energy consumption is reduced, and the productivity is improved.
