The invention relates to the technical field of cement production, and provides a cement raw material grinding aid as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The cement raw material grinding aid provided by the invention is prepared from the following components in percentage by mass: 10-25% of organic acid salt; 11%-24% of polyester; 9 to 16 percent of polyalcohol; 2%-5% of a rare earth stabilizer; and 45%-60% of deionized water. In the invention, the organic acid salt not only can reduce the healing trend of microcracks on the hard coarse particles, make the hard coarse particles easier to crush and refine and reduce the energy consumption of grinding, but also can reduce the lattice energy of the hard particles, activate the particle structure, improve the reaction activity during calcination and reduce the coal consumption during clinker firing; polyester and polyalcohol can disperse raw material particles, prevent the raw material particles from being agglomerated, improve the grinding efficiency, release a part of heat in the clinker calcining process, and reduce the clinker sintering coal consumption. And the rare earth stabilizer can reduce the fracture energy barrier of the ore raw material and reduce the sintering coal consumption of the clinker.
本发明涉及水泥生产技术领域,提供了一种水泥生料助磨剂及其制备方法和应用。本发明提供的水泥生料助磨剂由包括以下质量百分含量的组分制备得到:有机酸盐10~25%;聚合酯11%~24%;多聚醇9~16%;稀土稳定剂2%~5%;去离子水45%~60%。在本发明中,有机酸盐不仅可以降低硬质粗颗粒上微裂纹愈合趋势,使其更容易被破碎和细化,减少粉磨能耗,还可以降低硬质颗粒的晶格能,使颗粒结构活化,提高煅烧时的反应活性,降低熟料烧成煤耗;聚合酯和多聚醇可分散生料颗粒,防止其团聚,提高粉磨效率,还能在熟料煅烧过程中释放一部分热量,降低熟料烧成煤耗;稀土稳定剂可减小矿石原料的断裂能量壁垒,降低熟料的烧成煤耗。
