The reinforced fibers are modified by a silane coupling agent before being added. According to the thin-wall concrete pipe pile, the mineral admixture is added to replace part of cement, the mineral admixture is used for improving the activity of a gel material, increasing pozzolanic reaction, generating hydrated calcium silicate and improving the overall strength of concrete, in addition, hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose ether is added, the binding power among all the components is improved, meanwhile, the water retention effect is improved, and the water retention effect is improved.
