High-temperature anti-oxidation graphite product and preparation method thereof
The invention provides a high-temperature anti-oxidation graphite product and a preparation method thereof, and the method comprises the following steps: modifying nanoparticles by using a modifier to obtain hydrophilic modified nanoparticles; preparing the modified nanoparticles into an impregnation liquid; placing a graphite base material in a container, vacuumizing, introducing the impregnation liquid into the container to impregnate the graphite base material, and filling graphite pores with the impregnation liquid to obtain a graphite base material filled with modified nanoparticles; and sintering the graphite base material filled with the modified nanoparticles to form a high-temperature-resistant anti-oxidation coating on the surface of the graphite base material, thereby obtaining the high-temperature-resistant anti-oxidation graphite product. The high-temperature-resistant coating has a good anti-oxidation effect, has relatively strong binding force to a substrate, is uniform, reduces the porosity of graphite, and plays a role in protecting the graphite substrate.
本发明提供了一种高温抗氧化石墨制品及其制备方法,方法包含:利用改性剂对纳米粒子进行改性,得到亲水型改性纳米粒子;将所述改性纳米粒子制备成浸渍液;将石墨基材放置于容器中,抽真空,然后将所述浸渍液导入容器中使其浸渍所述石墨基材,使所述浸渍液填充石墨孔隙内部,得到填充有改性纳米粒子的石墨基材;将所述填充有改性纳米粒子的石墨基材进行烧结,即在石墨基材表面形成耐高温抗氧化涂层,得到高温抗氧化石墨制品。该耐高温涂层具有良好的抗氧化作用,对基底有较强的结合力,涂层均匀,同时减少石墨孔隙率,对石墨基材起到保护作用。
