Rapid fine adjustment method for track slab of ballastless track of high-speed railway in operation
The invention discloses a quick fine adjustment method for a ballastless track slab of an operating high-speed rail, which comprises the following steps of: arranging counter-force devices at four corners of a track slab to be adjusted, marking original distances from the counter-force devices to the end part and the side surface of the track slab, and marking original thicknesses of mortar of a filling layer at the four corners and the middle edge of the track slab; a limiting block is placed between the to-be-adjusted track plate and the original track plate, and a height-adjustable combined base plate is placed at the mortar marking position of the filling layer; transverse, longitudinal and vertical distance adjustment of the track plate is achieved through the combined base plate, the jack, the counter-force device and the limiting block. According to the method, the fine adjustment process is simplified, the fine adjustment speed is increased, the fine adjustment time is shortened, the operability of fine adjustment operation is improved, the operation difficulty of operators is reduced, and the construction efficiency is improved; the defect that an existing newly-built line track fine adjustment technology cannot be utilized due to the influence of lateral check blocks, edge crack damage of track plates and the like is overcome.
本发明公开了一种运营高铁无砟轨道轨道板快速精调方法,通过在待调整轨道板四角设置反力装置,并对反力装置至轨道板的端部和侧面的原始距离进行标记,对轨道板的四角和中间边缘处的充填层砂浆的原始厚度进行标记,并且在待调整轨道板和原轨道板间放置限位块,在充填层砂浆标记位置放置可调高度的组合垫板;通过组合垫板、千斤顶、反力装置和限位块实现对轨道板的横向、纵向和垂向距离调整。本发明简化了精调工艺,加快了精调速度,缩短了精调时间,提高了精调作业可操作性,降低了操作人员的操作难度,提高了施工效率;解决了因侧向挡块影响、轨道板边缘裂损等原因导致的无法利用既有新建线路轨道精调技术的缺陷。
