The automatic floating garbage cleaning device comprises a storage tank body which is hollow inside and is in a flat cylindrical shape, a check ring arranged outside the storage tank body is rotationally connected to the storage tank body, and a plurality of movable collecting openings which are distributed around the axis of the check ring in an annular array mode at equal intervals are formed in the check ring; a plurality of movable collecting openings are formed in the upper portion of the storage tank body, a collecting guide nozzle bending and extending in the anticlockwise direction is arranged on each movable collecting opening, a plurality of fixed collecting openings matched with the movable collecting openings are formed in the side face of the storage tank body, a first gear ring is coaxially arranged on the check ring, and a first gear rotationally connected to the storage tank body is engaged to the first gear ring; and one of the first gears is in transmission connection with a first motor for controlling the first gear to rotate anticlockwise. The automatic cleaning device has the advantages of being novel in structure, convenient to clean, complete in overall function and high in practicability.
