The output end of the second motor penetrates through the shell and is fixedly connected with the rotating rod, supporting plates are arranged at the lower ends of the four collecting barrels, connecting rods are fixedly connected between the four supporting plates and the rotating rod, and a baffle is fixedly installed at the upper end of the inner wall of the shell. Inductors are fixedly installed at the positions, corresponding to the inner side and the outer side of the collecting barrel, of the lower end of the baffle and on the four connecting rods. According to the water body garbage collecting device, the inner side and the outer side, corresponding to the collecting cylinder, of the lower end of a baffle are matched with inductors on four connecting rods and second motors, so that the collecting net can be automatically replaced after being full of water body garbage, and the collecting efficiency of the water body garbage is improved.
