The ocean wave power generation platform lifting device comprises a floating plate, supporting legs, a lifting mechanism and a limiting assembly, the lifting mechanism comprises swing arms, telescopic rods, floating balls, friction wheels, a rotating disc and a driving assembly, the four swing arms are hinged to the floating plate, the telescopic rods are arranged in the swing arms in a matched mode, the floating balls are arranged at the bottoms of the telescopic rods, and the friction wheels are arranged on the floating balls. A friction wheel fixedly sleeves a pin shaft for hinging the swing arm, the turntable is in frictional contact with the friction wheel, and a limiting assembly is arranged beside the friction wheel and used for limiting the friction wheel to rotate automatically.
