According to the control device and method for grouting reinforcement on the pile side of the tubular pile foundation, air or quick-setting cement paste is injected into the sealing piece, so that the sealing piece expands to cut off circulation of air or slurry between the gap part and the outside, the pressure of the coupling effect of the cement paste in the gap part and the soil body around the tubular pile piece is effectively improved, and then the pile side grouting reinforcement effect is improved. By setting an allowable pressure value for the pressure control valve, the pressure of the cement paste in the gap part can be controlled, and controllable grouting reinforcement of the pile side of the pipe-following pile while drilling is realized. The grouting pressure on the pile side of the pipe-following pile while drilling can be controlled, the grouting reinforcement effect is effectively improved, and the construction cost is slightly increased.
一种管桩基础桩侧注浆加固的控制装置及方法，向所述密封件内注入空气或快速凝水泥浆，使密封件膨胀而隔断间隙部与外界的空气或浆液流通，有效提高间隙部内水泥浆与管桩件四周土体耦合作用的压力，进而提升桩侧注浆加固效果。通过对所述压力控制阀设定容许压力值，便可控制间隙部内水泥浆的压力，实现随钻跟管桩桩侧注浆加固可控制。不仅实现了随钻跟管桩桩侧注浆压力可控制，还有效提升了注浆加固效果，并且施工成本增加较少。
