A pile foundation pile end and pile side combined type grouting device comprises a slurry storage bag which is fixed to the periphery of a reinforcement cage and located between the outer side of the reinforcement cage and the hole wall of a pile hole, and the slurry storage bag is further connected with at least one first grouting pipe. The structure further comprises a second grouting pipe fixed to the reinforcement cage, and the grout outlet end of the second grouting pipe is sealed through a temporary plugging structure and located at the bottom of the pile hole or in a rock-soil body below the bottom of the pile hole.
