The invention provides a basement construction joint anti-seepage construction structure which comprises a middle-buried water-stop belt and a positioning structure for connecting one side of the middle-buried water-stop belt with a main reinforcing steel bar of a pre-poured concrete structure, and the positioning structure comprises two groups of clamping reinforcing steel bars for clamping the middle-buried water-stop belt between the middle-buried water-stop belt and the main reinforcing steel bar and fixing reinforcing steel bars connected with the two groups of clamping reinforcing steel bars. The fixing steel bars are connected with main body steel bars of the pre-poured concrete structure.
