The invention discloses an underground space evacuation channel and system. The rest area is arranged on the side portion of the stairway, people can enter the rest area to have a rest after entering a fatigue state in emergency ascending evacuation, the situation that fatigue crowds jam on the stairway to affect evacuation of non-fatigue crowds is avoided, the overall speed of crowd evacuation in the underground space is improved, and life and property safety is guaranteed.
