The anti-seismic building steel structure of the high-rise building comprises a steel column and a steel beam, the steel column is provided with a mounting base, and the mounting base is provided with a mounting groove; a supporting plate and two wing plates are arranged in the mounting groove, the supporting plate is used for supporting a steel beam, a first limiting column is arranged on the upper surface of the supporting plate, and a first limiting groove is formed in the bottom wall of the steel beam; the two wing plates are slidably mounted in the mounting grooves and symmetrically arranged on the two opposite side walls of the steel beam, second limiting columns are arranged on the side walls, close to the steel beam, of the wing plates, and second limiting grooves are formed in the side walls of the steel beam; an elastic piece is arranged between the wing plate and the mounting seat, and when the first limiting column is inserted into the first limiting groove, the elastic piece forces the wing plate to be clamped on the steel beam and the second limiting column is inserted into the second limiting groove. According to the anti-seismic building steel structure for the high-rise building, the mounting convenience between the steel columns and the steel beams can be improved. The invention further relates to a connecting method of the anti-seismic building steel structure of the high-rise building.
