Continuous expansion reinforcing band and construction method and application thereof
The invention provides a continuous expansion reinforcing band. The continuous expansion reinforcing band comprises transverse reinforcing ribs, structural main ribs, water stop fish scale meshes, longitudinal keel steel bars, compensation parts and expansion reinforcing parts. The compensation parts are located on the two sides of the expansion reinforcing part, and a water stop fish scale mesh is arranged at the junction of the compensation parts and the expansion reinforcing part. A V-shaped groove protruding towards the compensation part is formed in the middle of the water stop fish scale mesh, and longitudinal keel steel bars are fixed in the V-shaped groove. The transverse reinforcing ribs and the structural main ribs penetrate through the expansion reinforcing part and the water stop fish scale meshes and the compensation part on the two sides of the expansion reinforcing part; the compensation part and the expansion reinforcing part are formed in a one-time continuous concrete pouring mode, and the grade and the expansion rate of the concrete of the expansion reinforcing part are higher than those of the concrete of the compensation part. The continuous expansion reinforcing band is applied to constructional engineering of super-long structures, has good engineering applicability, is shorter in construction period, and can remarkably improve the waterproof and anti-seepage performance of the super-long structures.
本发明提供一种连续式膨胀加强带,其包括横向加强筋、结构主筋、止水鱼鳞网片、纵向龙骨钢筋、补偿部及膨胀加强部;所述补偿部位于所述膨胀加强部的两侧,两者交界处设有止水鱼鳞网片;止水鱼鳞网片的中部设有朝向所述补偿部凸起的V型槽,所述V型槽内固定有纵向龙骨钢筋;所述横向加强筋与所述结构主筋贯通所述膨胀加强部及其两侧的止水鱼鳞网片和补偿部;所述补偿部及膨胀加强部采取一次性连续浇筑混凝土的方式形成,且所述膨胀加强部混凝土的等级及膨胀率均高于所述补偿部混凝土。上述连续式膨胀加强带应用于超长构筑物的建筑工程中,具有较好的工程适用性,不仅施工工期更短,还能显著提高超长构筑物的防水抗渗性能。
