According to gravitational dust removal and dry dust removal, a wooden formwork and a fastener scaffold are adopted as a supporting system to conduct construction of a main body structure, the size of a steel pipe is phi 48 * 2.8 mm, the thickness of the formwork is 15 mm, a foundation is backfilled and tamped in a layered mode, and according to the scheme, paying-off and positioning are conducted according to the interval between vertical rods to confirm that a wooden scaffold board is placed; scaffolds are erected on the wood plates according to requirements for construction, and a TRT foundation top plate is constructed through a disc buckle type frame body.
本发明公开了一种模板支撑体系架体搭设方法，本发明的重力除尘及干法除尘采用木模板+扣件脚手架为支撑体系进行主体结构的施工，钢管尺寸为Φ48*2.8mm，模板厚度为15mm，基础分层回填夯实，根据方案立杆间距放线定位确认放置木脚手板，并在木板上按照要求搭设脚手架施工，TRT基础顶板采用盘扣式架体施工。
