The invention relates to an elevator shaft protection construction method, device and system.The device comprises a base unit, a vertical steel pipe unit, a locking unit and a transverse steel pipe unit, the base unit penetrates through a floor slab and is welded to a steel beam, the vertical steel pipe unit is detachably inserted into the base unit, and the transverse steel pipe unit is perpendicular to the vertical steel pipe unit; the locking unit is connected with the vertical steel pipe unit and the transverse steel pipe unit. The construction method has the advantages that the base unit is welded with the structural steel beam, then the floor slab structure is constructed, the base unit (reinforcing steel bar) is poured in the floor slab, the integrality is good, and the stability is high; the vertical steel pipe units are connected with the base units in an inserted mode, operation is easy, repeated use can be achieved, and cost is greatly reduced; after the elevator shaft protection device is installed, compared with a conventional mode that the edge protection support is placed on a floor, the elevator shaft protection device is fixed firmly, does not move or deviate and is high in safety level.
