The invention discloses a static demolition construction method for a reinforced concrete structure, which comprises the following steps of: building a working site for the reinforced concrete structure to be cut, and measuring the size of the reinforced concrete structure to be cut; block division of the cutting part is determined; the cutting sequence is determined based on division of the cutting parts, and hoisting equipment is used for hoisting the to-be-cut parts of the blocked reinforced concrete structure; fixing the wire saw in place based on the cutting part; starting the rope sawing machine to cut the cutting part; hoisting away the cut reinforced concrete cutting parts through hoisting equipment and placing the cut reinforced concrete cutting parts outside a cutting work site in a centralized manner; and a plurality of reinforced concrete cutting parts placed outside the working site are transferred to a reasonable site for crushing treatment, and at the moment, the whole static force dismantling construction is completed. Static separation of the reinforced concrete structure can be achieved, the cutting efficiency is high in the separation and cutting process, safety and reliability are achieved, and application and popularization are facilitated.
本发明公开了一种钢筋混凝土结构静力拆除施工方法,针对待切割的钢筋混凝土结构搭建工作场地,并对待切割的钢筋混凝土结构的尺寸进行测量;确定切割部位的分块划分;基于切割部位的划分确定切割顺序,使用吊装设备对分块后的钢筋混凝土结构的即将切割部位进行吊起;基于切割部位进行绳锯机固定就位;开启绳锯机进行切割部位的切割;通过吊装设备将切割完成的钢筋混凝土切割部位吊走并集中摆放在切割工作场地外;将摆放在工作场地外的若干钢筋混凝土切割部位进行转移至合理场地进行破碎处理,此时整个静力拆除施工完成。本发明可实现对钢筋混凝土结构的静态分离,且分离切割过程中的切割效率快,安全可靠,有利于推广应用。
