The structure comprises a reinforced concrete support, thermal expansion materials and electric heating structures, the thermal expansion materials are arranged in the reinforced concrete support, the electric heating structures are arranged at intervals in the length direction of the reinforced concrete support, the arrangement positions of the electric heating structures serve as the dismounting positions of the reinforced concrete support, and a fireproof layer is arranged on the periphery of the reinforced concrete support.
