The invention provides a reinforced concrete supporting structure convenient to disassemble and a construction method and a disassembling method thereof, relates to the technical field of reinforced concrete disassembling of civil engineering, and solves the problems that in the prior art, a reinforced concrete support is large in disassembling difficulty, dust raising and noise pollution are likely to be generated and the like. The structure comprises a reinforced concrete support, thermal expansion materials and electric heating structures, the thermal expansion materials are arranged in the reinforced concrete support, the electric heating structures are arranged at intervals in the length direction of the reinforced concrete support, the arrangement positions of the electric heating structures serve as the dismounting positions of the reinforced concrete support, and a fireproof layer is arranged on the periphery of the reinforced concrete support. When the reinforced concrete support is poured, the electric heating structure is embedded at a proper distance in advance, so that the support structure is dismantled according to a designed length; when the electric heating structure is powered on, local concrete of the heating section expands, cracks and even peels off, so that the concrete part is easy and efficient to dismantle, noise in the concrete dismantling process is reduced, meanwhile, dust is reduced, and the environment-friendly construction requirement is met.
本发明提供了一种便于拆除的钢筋混凝土支撑结构及其施工方法、拆除方法,涉及土木工程的钢筋混凝土拆除技术领域,解决了现有技术中钢筋混凝土支撑拆除难度较大,易产生扬尘及噪音污染等问题。该结构包括钢筋混凝土支撑、热膨胀材料及电热结构,钢筋混凝土支撑内设有热膨胀材料,电热结构沿钢筋混凝土支撑的长度方向间隔布置,电热结构布置的位置作为钢筋混凝土支撑的拆除位置,钢筋混凝土支撑的外围设有防火层。钢筋混凝土支撑浇筑时,预先在合适距离埋设电热结构,使支撑结构以设计长度拆除;当电热结构通电时,加热段局部混凝土膨胀、裂损乃至剥落,使得混凝土部分拆除简易高效,减小混凝土拆除过程中的噪音,同时减少粉尘,满足环保施作要求。
